Our Commitment to Customer Satisfaction
We at Hoopnotica strive to produce the highest quality products and--in order to ensure customer satisfaction--carefully inspect all orders before shipment. However, if for some reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your Hoopnotica product or require a different size or color you are able to return it for store credit (Minus Return S&H) or exchange within 30 days of receipt.
We DO NOT accept used products for return or exchange.
Product-Specific Return/Exchange Policies
If your order arrives to you damaged or defective, you may return/exchange your product within 30 days of receipt of goods. We will arrange to have your return shipped back to us at no charge to you and either credit the Credit Card used for the purchase for the full amount OR send out your exchange product (with NO additional S&H) upon receipt of your return package.
Please Note: "Squeaking" of a Travelhoop is not considered a defect and/or damaged goods.
DVDs & CDs
Opened/Unwrapped DVDs and CDs ARE NOT FULLY REFUNDABLE. Hoopnotica will make the final decision on return value (in the form of store credit), based on going used DVD & CD sales. You may return your unused DVD or CD still wrapped in its original, unopened plastic wrap within 90 days of receipt of goods for store credit or exchange.
FREE Promotional Items
No Returns or Exchanges on products that were offered as a free promotional item or free with purchase.
Sale & Clearance Items
No Returns or Exchanges on products that were offered as sale or clearance products: these are sold as-is.
We require that all returns over 200 units are palletized in order for us to process the return. If the return is sent non-palletized then a 25% restocking fee will apply.
How to Return an Item
Please note: If you purchased your Hoopnotica product through a third party retailer or an internet source such as Amazon.com , you will need to contact that retailer to process your return.
If you feel the need to return or exchange an order you placed through us, please abide by the following guidelines to help us make the return process as quick and easy as possible for you:
NO RETURNS AFTER 90 DAYS.
We will issue you an Returned Merchandise Authorization or RMA number that will allow us to track your return. Include your RMA with a copy of the original packing slip in your returned package. Please be advised that returned packages without an RMA number may delay the processing of your return and incur a 15% restocking fee.
