Retail orders of Travel Hoops or DVDs ONLY are normally shipped out within 1-2 business days from date of purchase, arriving at your doorstep within 3-10 business days thereafter -- sometimes sooner!  Any other order that includes one of our Handmade Hoops (including custom or luxury travel hoops) made with love here in Boulder, Colorado are normally shipped within 3-7 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail. For all contiguous domestic orders, the average shipping time once the order leaves our warehouse is around 3 -7 business days and generally arrives within 6-10 business days, sometimes sooner!

All of our products can be shipped to any APO Address through USPS. 

Your International order will be processed reliably, accurately, and with extreme attention to detail.  You will also receive a Tracking number with each order. INTERNATIONAL orders are usually shipped from our warehouse within 10-14 business days from the date of purchase via USPS International Priority Mail - Once your package has left our warehouse, shipping time is about 6-10 Business days for delivery.
