Warranty Policy for Hoops and Supplies

• At Hoopnotica/Hoopologie, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask that you inspect your hoop to confirm it meets your expectations.

  Handcrafted Quality Each hoop is meticulously handcrafted and made-to-order by our skilled Hoopsmith Team. Given the custom nature of our products, we urge you to carefully select the size, diameter, and color to suit your preferences. Our hoops are crafted with utmost attention to detail, ensuring they arrive in perfect condition.   Satisfaction Guarantee We take pride in our craftsmanship and guarantee that your hoop will be delivered in excellent condition. Should you be unsatisfied with your custom-made hoop, we offer exchanges. Please note that we cannot cover shipping costs for exchanges due to personal preference.  Also, please be aware that in some cases we charge a 15% restocking fee to any custom made orders that our team crafted to cover our internal costs and administrative fees.

  Warranty Coverage Hoopnotica /Hoopologie guarantees the craftsmanship of our hoops for 90 days from the date of purchase. If your hoop breaks within this period, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost. However, certain conditions apply:
  Taped Hoops: Normal wear and tear is expected over time and does not qualify for returns or exchanges.
  Kinked Hoops: Damage due to aggressive use or improper storage (e.g., coiling the hoop too tightly) is not covered.
  Heat Damage: Exposure to heat while the hoop is collapsed can lead to warping and should be avoided.

  For warranty claims, we cover one-way domestic shipping within the U.S. Unfortunately, we cannot cover international shipping costs for warranty items, so please consider this when ordering custom products from the United States.

  Bulk Supplies Warranty and Manufacturing Variations  We value our customers and strive to support your journey as a successful hoopmaker. Please inspect your shipment carefully upon arrival and notify us immediately if any discrepancies are found.

  Due to large-scale manufacturing, slight variations and imperfections may occur:

  • Tape rolls may have width variations or unseen defects; batch color differences are normal and not defects. Exact pigment shades cannot be guaranteed across batches.
  • Tubing may vary in inner diameter, leading to tighter fits. Color variations are due to pigment differences, supplier changes, or ingredient shortages. Hoopologie strives for consistency but has adapted to supply disruptions since 2020, thus these challenges cannot be consididered defects in our industry as they simply cannot be avoided.

  If you encounter a defective roll of tape, contact us promptly, and we will work to resolve the issue.
